How often do I need to empty the waste drawer?

Depending on the number of cats and how often they use the box, most customers empty the sealed waste drawer every 5–7 days. An LED indicator will alert you when it's time to empty it.

What kind of litter can I use with PetClean360™?

PetClean360™ is compatible with most clumping clay litters. For best performance, we recommend using a high-quality clumping litter that quickly solidifies waste for easy removal.

Does it need to be plugged in all the time?

No. It runs on a rechargeable battery via USB-C. Charge as needed.
