At TabbyTech, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please read through our shipping terms below to understand processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping eligibility.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Note: During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently only ship within Australia.
- Standard delivery takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the size/weight of your items.
- Some remote or regional areas may require a custom shipping quote. If this applies, we’ll contact you before dispatch. If we’re unable to service your area, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Shipping Cost Disclaimer
Shipping costs displayed at checkout may not always be accurate, particularly for addresses outside metro zones.
We occasionally use third-party couriers in areas not covered by our primary delivery partners. If your final shipping cost differs significantly from the estimate shown at checkout, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm or update your order.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers. A valid physical address is required.
- International shipping is NOT available at this time.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at contact@tabbytech.com.au and we’ll sort it out quickly.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
