Return & Refund Policy

At TabbyTech, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. To support this commitment, we offer a 30-day free replacement or refund warranty from the date of purchase for our PetFresh360™.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Only items that meet the following conditions are eligible for a return or refund:

  • Arrived in a physically damaged condition
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Defective or significantly different from the product description

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • Properly packaged

Note: If the item is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the buyer agrees to bear the cost.

If your order is defective or does not match the product description, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at contact@tabbytech.com.au.

For defective or faulty products, please include photos or videos with your email. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund. This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or abuse of the product.


Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Return

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
    Email contact@tabbytech.com.au with:
  • Your order number

  • A detailed reason for the return

  • Supporting photos or videos

Upon approval, you will receive:

    • An RA#

    • The return address for the closest warehouse

  1. Return the Product
    • Return items in original condition and packaging.

    • Used or customer-damaged items are not eligible.

    • Use a trackable mail service—we are not responsible for lost packages.

    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable). If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at contact@tabbytech.com.au.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items are returned with missing parts.
  • Product is not in original condition or has visible signs of use.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you request cancellation before processing, a 10% cancellation fee applies to cover restocking and payment processing fees.


Invalid Refund Reasons

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Buyer’s change of mind (e.g., wrong color, size, or model)
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Failure to read the product description before purchase

Once an order is placed, the buyer enters a legally binding agreement to complete the purchase.
